BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue your deep meditation, bring your awareness to the following acupuncture points that can assist in alleviating shortness of breath, chronic cough, chest tightness, and fatigue.Locate SI10, Naoshu, found on the shoulder, just above the armpit. This point helps to enhance Qi flow throughout the body and alleviate shoulder discomfort. Visualize a warm, flowing energy radiating from this area, soothing any tightness.
Next, focus on ST42, Chongyang, located on the top of the foot, in the depression just before the second toe. This point supports the digestive system and invigorates Qi, promoting overall vitality. Imagine a vibrant energy rising from your foot, energizing your entire being.
Now, direct your attention to BV2, Tianshu, situated in the lower abdomen, about two fingerbreadths below the navel. This point harmonizes the organs and supports the respiratory system. Envision a gentle wave of warmth spreading from this area, calming your breath and grounding your energy.
Shift your awareness to GV15, Yamen, located at the base of the skull, in the center of the neck. This point regulates the head and promotes clarity. Picture a bright light illuminating your thoughts, clearing away any fog or heaviness.
Lastly, bring your focus to Hy6, Chengjiang, found in the center of the chin. This point addresses facial symptoms and can alleviate discomfort. Envision a soothing light emanating from this point, bringing balance and relaxation to your facial muscles. Remember to avoid direct stimulation near the mouth.
As you visualize these points, allow the energy to flow freely through your body, harmonizing your breath and revitalizing your spirit. Feel the connection between each point and its corresponding organ, creating an intricate web of balance and well-being. Breathe deeply, inviting calmness and healing with each inhalation and exhalation. You are nurturing your body's natural state of health, resilience, and tranquility. Embrace this feeling of balance as you continue your journey within.
