BioCoherence Meditation
Focus your awareness on the body, inviting a sense of calm and openness. Visualize the acupuncture points that play a crucial role in addressing autoimmune fatigue, muscle weakness, and poor concentration.Begin with TH4, located on the wrist, where the little finger meets the wrist crease. This point, known as Yangchi, helps to invigorate Qi and support the health of the wrists, fostering a sense of vitality throughout the body.
Next, shift your attention to KI12, located on the lower abdomen, about three inches below the navel. Known as Dahe, this point nourishes Yin energy, promoting balance and deep energy reserves that combat fatigue.
Now, bring your focus to Ha2, found on the face, just below the cheekbone. While this point, Sibai, enhances facial circulation, it is important to visualize it with care, avoiding the area near the eyes. Feel the gentle flow of energy revitalizing your facial muscles.
Move your awareness to CV7, located at the center of the lower abdomen, just above the pubic bone. Known as Yinjiao, this point tonifies Qi, reinforcing your inner strength and grounding your energy.
Finally, concentrate on Ly1, located at the lower abdomen, beneath the navel. This point, Qihai, serves to enhance the lower abdominal energy, providing stability and support to your overall well-being.
As you visualize these points, imagine a warm light radiating from each location, harmonizing and balancing the energies within the body. Allow this light to flow freely, reducing fatigue and invigorating your mind and muscles.
Breathe deeply, envisioning each breath drawing in energy and vitality, while exhaling any sense of tiredness or weakness. With every inhalation, feel yourself becoming more focused and energized, restoring clarity and strength.
Continue to immerse yourself in this healing meditation, inviting the energy of these points to guide you toward a state of balance and harmony, nurturing your body and mind naturally and effortlessly.
