Visualize the acupuncture points that will support your respiratory health. Begin with SI9, located on the shoulder, just above the armpit. This point helps to release tension in the shoulder area and enhances the flow of Qi throughout the body, promoting relaxation and vitality.

Next, bring your awareness to ST41, found on the top of the foot, between the tendons of the second and third toes. This point aids in the movement of Qi in the lower body, encouraging a sense of grounding and stability.

Now focus on BV1, located at the lower abdomen, about two fingerbreadths below the navel. This point nourishes the lower energy centers, fostering a deep sense of connection and support for the body's natural functions.

Shift your attention to CV21, situated at the center of the chest, just above the breastbone. This point opens the chest, allowing for deeper breaths and facilitating relaxation in the respiratory system. Use caution with this point if there are existing chest conditions.

Finally, concentrate on Hy5, located on the face, at the corner of the mouth. This point helps to alleviate facial symptoms and enhances overall well-being, linking the physical and emotional aspects of health.

As you breathe deeply, imagine the energy flowing through these points, harmonizing your body and mind. Envision the tightness in your chest loosening, your breath becoming smooth and effortless. Feel the fatigue melting away, replaced by a renewed sense of energy and clarity.

In this moment, allow each breath to fill your lungs completely, nourishing your body with life-giving Qi. With each exhale, release any lingering discomfort or tension. Continue to focus on the balance and harmony within, allowing your respiratory health to return to its natural, constructive state. Let this healing energy flow freely, embracing the vitality that resides within you.
