This recipe uses SP10 to invigorate blood, PC6 (Neiguan) to regulate chest and circulation, ST36 to boost Qi, LR3 (Taichong) to soothe liver, and BL17 to regulate blood. It improves arterial blood supply. Contraindications: Use caution with PC6 in wrist conditions.

Focus your awareness on the specific acupuncture points that will aid in improving circulation and addressing arterial impairment.First, locate SP10, also known as Xuehai, situated on the inner thigh, about two finger widths above the kneecap. This point invigorates blood flow, helping to nourish and revitalize your circulatory system.
Next, bring your attention to PC6, known as Neiguan, located on the inner forearm, about two finger widths from the wrist crease. This point regulates the heart and enhances circulation, promoting a sense of calm and balance.
Now, visualize ST36, or Zusanli, found just below the kneecap, about four finger widths down the shinbone. This powerful point boosts your vital energy, supporting overall health and vitality.
Shift your focus to LR3, called Taichong, located on the top of the foot, in the webbing between the big toe and the second toe. This point soothes the liver, which is essential for smooth energy flow and emotional balance.
Finally, connect with BL17, known as Geshu, situated on your back, at the level of the heart, near the spine. This point regulates blood, enhancing its movement and quality throughout the body.
As you hold these points in your mind, visualize warm, healing energy flowing through them, improving arterial blood supply and dispersing any feelings of heaviness or coldness in your limbs.
