This recipe targets post-COVID with LU7 for lungs, CV17 for chest, BL13 for lung strength, ST36 for vitality, and SP6 to nourish Yin. It reduces cough and fatigue. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy; use caution with CV17 in chest infections.

As you continue to relax, bring your awareness to the areas of your body that may be holding tension related to shortness of breath, chronic cough, or fatigue. Visualize the acupuncture points that can support your healing journey. LU7, located on the inside of your forearm, just above the wrist, is known for its ability to strengthen the lungs and alleviate cough. Imagine a gentle warmth radiating from this point, filling your lungs with fresh, healing energy. CV17, found at the center of your chest, is a vital point for emotional and physical balance. Envision this area opening up, easing tightness in your chest and allowing for deep, nourishing breaths. BL13, situated on your back, near the spine at the level of your lower ribs, supports lung health. Picture a warm light enveloping this area, reinforcing the strength of your lungs and enhancing your capacity to breathe freely. ST36, located just below your knee, is a key point for vitality and energy. As you focus on this point, visualize a surge of life force energizing your entire body, combating fatigue and revitalizing your spirit. SP6, located on the inner side of your lower leg, can nourish Yin and promote overall wellness. As you connect with this point, imagine a soothing energy flowing through, bringing balance and calmness to your system. (Note: avoid this point if pregnant.) As you hold this visualization, breathe deeply, allowing each inhalation to draw in healing energy and each exhalation to release any discomfort or fatigue. With every breath, feel your body moving toward a state of balance and ease. Let this energy flow through you, harmonizing your lungs, chest, and overall vitality. Continue to breathe deeply, embracing the natural rhythm of your body, and affirming your journey toward wellness.
