Finally, connect with BL32 (Bladder 32), situated in the lower back, in the sacral region, just above the tailbone. This point is known for its ability to reduce menstrual pain and promote the smooth flow of energy, benefiting the uterus and overall abdominal health. As you visualize these points, imagine their energy harmonizing and flowing through the body, releasing any tension and discomfort. Envision a gentle, warm light radiating from each point, nourishing the organs-blood, abdomen, and reproductive system-bringing them into a state of balance and comfort.
