BioCoherence Meditation

As you continue to relax into this meditation, visualize the acupuncture points that will help restore balance and ease to your respiratory system. Imagine point BL33, located on the lower back, just above the sacrum. This point helps regulate the lower jiao, supporting your body's foundation and enhancing vitality. Next, bring your awareness to ST33, situated on the thigh, above the kneecap. This point is connected to the stomach and can promote energy flow, assisting in alleviating fatigue and tightness. Now, focus on TV3, found on the lower abdomen, just below the navel. This point aids in harmonizing the lower areas of the body, encouraging a sense of stability and grounding. Visualize CV1, located at the perineum, as a source of nourishment for the lower jiao. This point can help tonify and support your overall energy and health. Lastly, connect with HT7, positioned on the wrist, at the crease where the palm meets the arm. This point calms emotions and promotes tranquility, helping to ease any anxiety related to breath and chest tightness. As you breathe deeply, allow the energy from these points to flow through your body, harmonizing and balancing your respiratory system. Envision each breath bringing in healing energy and each exhale releasing tension, tightness, and fatigue. Feel the interconnectedness of these points as they work together to support your lungs, heart, and overall well-being. Allow this sense of balance to permeate your entire being, bringing you back to a state of ease and comfort. Continue to breathe deeply, inviting calmness and vitality into each part of your body, nurturing your recovery and promoting a sense of peace.
