BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue in your meditation, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that support respiratory health and recovery.Begin with BL29 (Zhonglushu), located on the lower back, two fingerbreadths lateral to the spine at the level of the second sacral foramen. This point regulates Qi, helping to promote the smooth flow of energy throughout your body.
Next, focus on ST29 (Guilai), found two fingerbreadths lateral to the midline, at the level of the pubic symphysis. This point aids in the function of the lower abdomen, enhancing vitality and promoting a sense of grounding.
Now, visualize SP20 (Zhourong), located on the side of the chest, two fingerbreadths below the armpit along the ribcage. This point opens the chest, facilitating easier breathing and relieving tightness.
Shift your attention to CV23 (Lianquan), situated in the center of the neck, just above the Adam's apple. This point helps clear the throat and supports the voice, while also facilitating emotional expression.
Finally, connect with KI27 (Shufu), located at the lower border of the collarbone, just lateral to the midline. This point tonifies the kidneys, strengthening your overall energy and supporting respiratory function.
As you breathe deeply, visualize a warm, healing light surrounding these points. Imagine each breath drawing in energy that nourishes these areas, balancing any feelings of shortness of breath, chronic cough, or chest tightness. Envision your chest expanding freely, your energy flowing smoothly, and your body filled with vitality.
In this space of healing, allow yourself to release fatigue and restore equilibrium. Each inhale fills you with strength, while each exhale lets go of tension. With every breath, feel your body returning to its perfect, natural state of health. Embrace this journey of recovery and renewal.
