BioCoherence Meditation
As the mind settles deeper into this state of tranquility, bring awareness to the acupuncture points that harmonize the breath and restore vitality.Begin with LU7, located on the wrist, about one and a half inches above the crease, on the radial side. This point opens the lungs, alleviating shortness of breath and promoting clear breathing. Visualize a soft, healing light expanding from this point, filling the lungs with fresh air.
Next, focus on CV17, found at the center of the chest, midway between the nipples. This point opens the chest, easing tightness and fostering emotional release. Imagine a gentle wave of warmth radiating from CV17, allowing the heart and lungs to expand freely.
Now, shift your attention to BL13, located on the back, approximately two finger widths from the spine at the level of the third thoracic vertebra. This point strengthens lung function and boosts overall respiratory health. Picture a nurturing energy flowing through BL13, fortifying the lungs and enhancing their resilience.
Move your awareness to ST36, situated about four finger widths below the kneecap, on the outer side of the leg. This point invigorates the body and supports overall vitality. Envision a vibrant energy coursing through ST36, replenishing strength and endurance.
Finally, focus on KI3, located near the ankle, just behind the inner ankle bone. This point nourishes kidney Yin, supporting deep, restorative energy. Visualize a calming light surrounding KI3, grounding the body and fostering a sense of stability and peace.
As you hold this visualization, breathe deeply and evenly, allowing the energy from each point to flow harmoniously throughout the body. With every breath in, invite strength and healing; with every breath out, release tension and fatigue. Allow this balanced state to permeate every cell, restoring the natural rhythm of breath and energy. Embrace the ease within, allowing the body to find its perfect, constructive state.
