As you continue to find your center, bring your awareness to the areas of discomfort in your elbow and forearm. Visualize the flow of energy in your body, focusing on the acupuncture points that can assist in alleviating your symptoms.

Locate LI11, known as Quchi, on the outer side of your elbow crease. This point is powerful in reducing inflammation and promoting circulation. Imagine a warm, soothing light emanating from this point, gently washing away discomfort.

Next, find LI10, or Shousanli, situated about two finger widths below LI11, along the outer forearm. Visualize this point strengthening your arm and enhancing your grip. Feel the energy here fortifying your muscles and tendons.

Now, bring your attention to SJ5, or Waiguan, located on the outer forearm, about two finger widths above the wrist joint. This point helps to relax the tendons and ease tension. Envision a soft, calming wave flowing from SJ5, releasing any tightness in your forearm.

Lastly, connect with LI4, known as Hegu, found in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point is effective in relieving pain and promoting overall well-being. Picture a bright light radiating from LI4, spreading warmth and comfort throughout your hand and arm.

As you breathe deeply, imagine the interconnectedness of these points, working harmoniously to restore balance and alleviate pain. Allow the energy to flow freely, enhancing your grip strength and soothing discomfort in your elbow and forearm.

Continue to visualize this healing energy, knowing that you are supported in your journey toward relief and strength. Embrace this natural process, trusting that your body knows how to heal itself. Feel the lightness and ease as you deepen your connection to your body's innate wisdom.
