Breast Comfort: Relief for Menstrual Tenderness

(Breast pain during menstruation, Hormonal sensitivity, Swelling)

This recipe targets breast tenderness with CV17 (Danzhong) to regulate chest Qi, SP6 (Sanyinjiao) to balance hormones, LV3 (Taichong) to smooth Qi, and GB41 (Zulinqi) to relieve swelling. It reduces pain and hormonal sensitivity. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy; use caution with CV17 in chest infections.

BioCoherence Meditation

As you continue to relax and deepen your state of meditation, bring your awareness to the area of your chest. Visualize the acupuncture point CV17, located at the center of your chest, just above the sternum. This point, known as Danzhong, helps regulate the flow of energy in your chest and can alleviate feelings of tightness or discomfort. Next, shift your focus to SP6, found about four finger widths above the inner ankle bone, on the back of the leg. This point, Sanyinjiao, is essential for balancing hormones and nurturing the overall health of the reproductive system. Imagine a soothing energy radiating from this point, harmonizing your body's rhythm. Now, direct your attention to LV3, located on the top of your foot, in the valley between the first and second toes. Known as Taichong, this point encourages the smooth flow of Qi throughout your body, relieving tension and promoting emotional balance. Picture this energy flowing freely, easing any discomfort. Finally, visualize GB41, situated on the top of the foot, between the fourth and fifth toes. This point, Zulinqi, is effective in reducing swelling and discomfort in the breast area. Envision a gentle wave of relief spreading from this point, helping to release any excess fluid and tension. In this moment of stillness, allow the energies from these points to harmonize your body. Breathe deeply, feeling the balance restore itself. With each breath, invite in a sense of calm and peace, knowing that your body is capable of healing and finding its natural state of well-being. Embrace the sensation of lightness and ease, allowing it to flow through you, nurturing both body and spirit.
