This recipe uses SP9 (Yinlingquan) to resolve damp, ST36 to boost Qi, CV9 (Shuifen) to regulate water, LI11 (Quchi) to clear heat, and BL39 (Weiyang) to promote lymph flow. It supports lymphatic drainage. Contraindications: Use caution with CV9 in abdominal conditions.

BioCoherence Meditation

As you settle deeper into your meditation, bring your awareness to the areas of your body that may feel heavy or swollen, where lymph flow may be hindered. Imagine the gentle flow of energy moving through these areas, supported by the acupuncture points we will focus on today.

Begin with SP9, located just below the knee on the inner leg. This point helps clear dampness, allowing the body to release excess fluid that may be contributing to your discomfort. Visualize a warm light radiating from this point, dissolving any heaviness.

Next, shift your focus to ST36, found about four finger widths below the kneecap, slightly to the outside. This point is known for boosting your energy, or Qi. Picture a vibrant, golden energy flowing from this point, filling your body with strength and vitality, enhancing your overall well-being.

Now, bring your attention to CV9, located in the middle of your abdomen, just below the navel. This point regulates water in the body. Envision a soothing wave washing over your abdomen, balancing and harmonizing your body's fluid levels. It is important to remain aware of any sensitivity in this area, and visualize the wave gently caressing rather than overwhelming.

Next, focus on LI11, positioned on the outer side of your elbow, at the crease when your arm is bent. This point helps to clear heat from your body. Imagine a cool breeze flowing from this point, refreshing and revitalizing, removing any stagnant energy that may hinder your lymphatic flow.

Finally, direct your awareness to BL39, located at the back of your knee. This point promotes lymphatic drainage. Picture a gentle stream flowing from this point, carrying away any toxins and allowing your body to cleanse itself naturally.

As you visualize these points and their effects, breathe deeply. Inhale positivity and healing; exhale any heaviness, swelling, or discomfort. Allow the energy from these points to connect and flow freely through your body, restoring harmony and balance to your lymphatic system.

Feel this natural rhythm settling within you, as the light from each point merges into a bright, harmonious glow throughout your body. Each breath amplifies this healing energy, promoting a sense of lightness and clarity. Trust in the process, and allow your body to return to its perfect, normal state.
