This recipe uses LR3 to soothe liver, KI3 to tonify kidneys, GV20 (Baihui) to regulate blood pressure, HT7 (Shenmen) to calm mind, and SP6 to balance Yin. It regulates blood pressure. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

Visualize the acupuncture points as gentle lights in your body, each one offering its unique support.Begin with LR3, located on the top of your foot, between the first and second toes. This point helps soothe the liver, promoting emotional balance and easing tension, which can contribute to blood pressure issues.
Next, shift your focus to KI3, found on the inside of your ankle, in the hollow between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point tonifies the kidneys, strengthening your body's foundation and enhancing your overall vitality.
Now, picture GV20, or Baihui, at the crown of your head. This point serves to regulate blood pressure, bringing harmony to your entire system. Visualize a calming energy radiating from this spot, balancing your body and mind.
Move your awareness to HT7, known as Shenmen, located at the wrist crease on the pinky side. This point calms the mind and supports emotional well-being, offering a sense of peace that is vital for managing blood pressure.
Finally, focus on SP6, situated above the inner ankle bone, about four finger-widths up. This point balances Yin energy, nurturing your body's fluids and promoting relaxation. Note that this point should be avoided during pregnancy.
