Focus Boost: A TCM Recipe for ADHD Relief

ADD ADHD: GV20, HT7, LV3, KI3, PC6

This recipe uses GV20 to calm mind, HT7 to soothe shen, LV3 to regulate liver Qi, KI3 to ground, and PC6 to regulate emotions. It supports ADD/ADHD. Contraindications: Use caution with LV3 in liver heat.

BioCoherence Meditation

Focus your attention inward as you visualize the acupuncture points that will guide you towards balance and calm.

Begin with GV20, located at the top of your head, in the center. Imagine a gentle light radiating from this point, calming your mind and bringing clarity. This point helps to settle thoughts and provides a sense of grounding.

Next, shift your awareness to HT7, found on the wrist, in the crease on the thumb side. Picture this area warming gently, soothing your spirit and promoting emotional stability. Allow this warmth to fill you with a sense of peace and tranquility.

Now, bring your focus to LV3, located on the top of your foot, in the space between the first and second toes. Visualize a flow of energy moving through this point, regulating your liver Qi. This will help release any pent-up energy or frustration, allowing for a more harmonious flow within.

Then, direct your attention to KI3, situated on the inside of your ankle, in the depression behind the bone. Envision this point as a grounding force, connecting you to the earth. Feel the stability it offers, nurturing your sense of security and balance.

Finally, focus on PC6, located on the inner forearm, about two fingerbreadths above the wrist crease. Imagine this point as a soothing balm for your emotions, calming any waves of impulsivity and bringing clarity to your feelings.

As you visualize these points and their effects, take a deep breath. With each inhalation, draw in the healing energy from these points, and with each exhalation, release any tension or restlessness. Allow your mind to settle into a state of focus and tranquility.

Continue to breathe deeply, feeling the balance restore within you. The interaction of these points works together to create a harmonious flow of energy, soothing your mind and emotions, grounding your spirit, and regulating your inner self.
