BioCoherence Meditation

As you settle into this deep state of relaxation, bring your awareness to the points of focus for pain relief within your body. First, visualize SP10, known as Xuehai, located on the inner thigh, about two thumb widths above the knee. This point invigorates blood flow, nourishing the body and alleviating pain and stiffness. Now, shift your attention to ST31, or Biguan, found on the outer thigh, at the crease where the leg meets the hip. This point helps relieve thigh pain and supports mobility. Next, focus on Hy3, called Juliao, situated on the side of the face, just below the cheekbone. It aids in relieving facial pain and tension, promoting relaxation in this area. (Note: approach this point with care.) Bring your awareness to GV26, known as Renzhong, located in the center of the upper lip, just above the philtrum. This point clears the mind and revitalizes your energy, enhancing clarity and focus. Finally, visualize La2, or Tinghui, found on the top of your head. This point supports head relief and promotes a sense of calm throughout the body. As you meditate on these points, imagine a warm, soothing light surrounding each location. This light represents healing energy that flows freely, easing pain and tension, restoring balance. Breathe deeply and allow the warmth to penetrate each area, inviting relaxation into the muscles and joints. With each exhale, release discomfort, envisioning it dissipating into the air. Continue this practice, feeling how each point connects with your body's natural rhythms, working harmoniously to alleviate pain and stiffness. Embrace this gentle transformation toward a state of ease and well-being.
