As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that play a pivotal role in relieving pain and tension. Focus first on SP9, located just below the knee on the inner leg. This point, known as Yinlingquan, helps clear dampness from the body and nourishes the spleen, promoting overall balance and vitality. Envision a warm light emanating from this point, washing away any heaviness or discomfort. Next, shift your attention to ST30, found near the top of the inner thigh, close to the pubic bone. This point, Qichong, is essential for addressing pain in the lower abdomen. Imagine a soothing wave of energy flowing through this area, easing tension and restoring harmony. Now, direct your awareness to Hy2, located on the face, just below the eyes. Known as Sibai, this point provides relief from facial pain and tension. Visualize a gentle, calming energy enveloping your face, melting away any tightness or discomfort. Move your focus to CV12, situated at the center of the abdomen. This point, Zhongwan, helps regulate digestion and supports the body's internal balance. Envision a warm, golden glow radiating from this area, harmonizing your digestive system and promoting peace within. Finally, bring your attention to La1, located at the outer corner of the eyes. Known as Tongziliao, this point is crucial for relieving head pain. Picture a refreshing breeze flowing through this area, clearing away any heaviness or discomfort, leaving you feeling light and at ease. Allow the energy from each of these points to harmonize, creating a flow of relief throughout your body. Envision the muscles around these areas softening, tension releasing with each breath. As you immerse yourself in this sensation, feel the balance restoring to your body, promoting a state of calm and well-being. Continue to breathe deeply, embracing this natural healing process. Let go of any remaining discomfort, knowing that your body is returning to its perfect, normal state. Feel the energy circulate, revitalizing every cell, and bringing you to a place of comfort and ease.
