Visualize the acupuncture points that will aid in restoring balance to your digestive health and energy levels.Begin with BL57, located in the middle of the calf, slightly above the heel. This point supports the Qi and alleviates fatigue by nurturing the lower body and promoting vitality.
Next, focus on GB12, situated just behind the ear, where the jaw meets the skull. This point is beneficial for digestion and helps clear the head, relieving tension and enhancing clarity.
Move your awareness to Ha8, found at the inner corner of the eye, which supports facial energy and digestion. Be mindful to avoid direct pressure near the eyes.
Shift to CV13, located a few fingerbreadths above the navel. This point regulates the stomach, easing bloating and discomfort while promoting a sense of calm in the digestive system.
Finally, draw attention to TH19, located just behind the ear, in the depression of the skull. This point regulates head function and helps clear the mind, providing a holistic approach to your digestive and energy concerns.
As you focus on these points, breathe deeply and visualize the energy flowing through your body, harmonizing your digestive system and alleviating fatigue. Allow the warmth of this energy to fill you with vitality and ease, bringing your body back to its natural state of balance and health. Embrace this sensation, knowing that you are nurturing your body and spirit with each breath.
