As you continue to relax, envision the acupuncture points that will aid in relieving post-exercise soreness. First, locate LI4, or Hegu, found in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point is known to reduce pain and enhance overall vitality. Feel the warmth and flow of energy as you visualize this point soothing discomfort. Next, find SP10, or Xuehai, located about two finger widths above the inner knee, on the thigh. This point promotes blood circulation, helping to nourish your muscles and joints. Imagine a wave of revitalizing energy flowing through your blood, enhancing healing and recovery. Now, focus on GB34, or Yanglingquan, situated just below the knee on the outer side of the leg. This point relaxes the tendons, relieving stiffness and tension. Picture this area softening as you breathe deeply, allowing for greater flexibility and ease. Finally, bring your awareness to BL57, or Chengshan, located in the calf muscle, midway between the knee and the ankle. This point eases muscle tension and promotes relaxation. Imagine a gentle release of any tightness, as if a weight is lifting off your legs. As you hold the visualization of these points, allow their energy to flow freely throughout your body. With each breath, invite healing and comfort, restoring balance to your muscles and joints. Feel the interconnectedness of these points, harmonizing your body's natural ability to recover and rejuvenate. Continue to breathe deeply, embracing the sensations of relief and restoration, knowing that your body is returning to its perfect, natural state.
