Focus your awareness on the area just below your rib cage, where the spleen resides. Visualize the gentle, nourishing energy flowing into this region as we work with specific points to strengthen and balance your Spleen function. Begin by directing your attention to the point BL20, located on your back, about two finger widths from your spine at the level of your lower ribs. This point, known as Pishu, is instrumental in tonifying your Spleen. Imagine a warm, golden light enveloping this area, enhancing your Spleen's ability to transform food into energy, revitalizing your body. Next, bring your focus to SP6, found on the inner side of your lower leg, approximately four finger widths above the ankle bone. This point nourishes Spleen Yin. Visualize a soothing, silvery light radiating from this point, calming your body and mind, and deepening your overall vitality. Now, shift your awareness to ST36, located just below your kneecap, about four finger widths down, and one finger width to the outside of your shinbone. This point boosts Spleen Qi, the energy that powers your digestion. Picture a bright, invigorating energy flowing from this point up into your abdomen, igniting your digestive fire and enhancing your energy levels. Turn now to CV12, situated in the center of your abdomen, midway between your belly button and the bottom of your rib cage. This point harmonizes the functions of the Stomach and Spleen. Envision a harmonious blend of colors-soft greens and gentle yellows-spreading from this point, fostering balance and ease in your digestive system. Finally, focus on LR13, found on the side of your abdomen, just below your rib cage and in line with your belly button. This point supports the Spleen and helps regulate your body's systems. Visualize a grounding, earthy energy rising from this point, stabilizing your Spleen and promoting emotional well-being. As you breathe deeply, imagine these energies merging and flowing through your entire body, reinforcing your Spleen's function and restoring vitality. Feel the fatigue lifting, the digestion improving, and your overall health strengthening. Allow this nurturing energy to permeate every cell, feeling lighter, brighter, and more balanced with each breath. Continue to visualize this healing process, knowing that you are naturally aligning your body with its optimal state. Embrace this feeling of wellness and strength as you deepen your breath and settle into this profound state of health.
