BioCoherence Meditation
Focus your awareness on the breath, appreciating its natural rhythm. As you settle deeper into this meditation, visualize the acupuncture points that will aid in your recovery.Begin with SI12, located on the shoulder, slightly behind the acromion. This point helps to release tension and invigorate your Qi, promoting clarity and openness in the shoulders and chest.
Next, bring your attention to ST44, situated on the foot, in the webbing between the second and third toes. This point is known for clearing heat and relieving discomfort in the chest, allowing for easier breathing and reduced cough.
Shift your focus to BV4, found on the lower back, near the sacrum. This point supports the lower abdomen and strengthens overall vitality, providing a solid foundation for your respiratory health.
Now, visualize GV16, located at the base of the skull, just above the spine. This point clears the head, alleviating any pressure and allowing fresh energy to flow throughout your mind and body. Note that this point should be avoided during pregnancy.
Lastly, connect with La2, positioned on the forearm, an inch from the wrist crease, on the radial side. This point is effective for relieving allergies and supporting respiratory function, enhancing your overall well-being.
With each breath, imagine these points activating, harmonizing your energy flow, and relieving symptoms of shortness of breath, chronic cough, and fatigue. Picture warmth and light filling your body, dissolving tension and discomfort.
Continue to breathe deeply, allowing the healing effects of these points to integrate into your being. Visualize every inhalation bringing in fresh, healing energy, and every exhalation releasing any lingering heaviness or tightness.
As you immerse yourself in this experience, trust in the natural balance being restored. Embrace the sense of ease and vitality that accompanies this journey toward recovery. Let this state of well-being settle within, knowing that you are nurturing your body and spirit effortlessly and naturally.
