This recipe uses SP9 to clear damp, LI11 to reduce inflammation, ST44 to clear heat, GB34 to relax tendons, and KI10 to clear damp-heat. It relieves gout. Contraindications: Use caution with LI11 in heat conditions.

Begin by bringing your awareness to the point SP9, located just below the knee on the inner side of the leg. This point helps to clear dampness from your body, easing the weight and heaviness that may be causing discomfort.

Next, shift your attention to LI11, found at the outer edge of the elbow. As you visualize this point, imagine it reducing inflammation, bringing a calming energy to your joints and allowing them to feel lighter and more at ease. Remember to approach this point gently, especially if you sense any heat in your body.

Now, focus on ST44, located on the top of the foot, between the second and third toes. Visualize this point clearing heat from your system, refreshing and revitalizing the area as it flows through your body, bringing relief and balance.

Move your awareness to GB34, situated just below the knee on the outer side of the leg. This point relaxes your tendons, allowing for a smooth and effortless movement. Picture warmth spreading from this point, loosening tension and enhancing flexibility in your joints.

Finally, concentrate on KI10, located at the back of the knee. This point clears damp-heat, promoting a sense of lightness and liberation in the affected areas. Envision it washing away any residual discomfort, leaving only clarity and ease.

As you hold these visualizations, breathe deeply, allowing each breath to draw in healing energy and release tension. With each exhale, imagine the pain and discomfort dissipating into the air, transforming into light.
