This recipe uses SP6 to nourish blood, CV4 to tonify lower jiao, KI3 to tonify kidneys, LR3 to soothe liver, and ST36 to boost Qi. It regulates infrequent menstruation. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

Begin with SP6, located on the inner leg, about four fingerbreadths above the ankle bone, just behind the shin bone. Now shift your attention to CV4, found in the center of your lower abdomen, about two fingerbreadths below your navel. Next, bring your focus to KI3, located on the inner side of your ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. Now, connect with LR3, situated on the top of your foot, in the webbing between your big toe and second toe. Feel this point soothing your liver, allowing any stress or tension to dissolve. Finally, focus on ST36, located just below the knee, about four fingerbreadths down the shin bone, on the outer side. Visualize this point boosting your Qi, your life force.
