This recipe uses LI11 to clear heat, PC6 (Neiguan) to regulate heart Qi, ST40 (Fenglong) to resolve phlegm, SP10 to invigorate blood, and LR3 to smooth liver Qi. It addresses atherosclerosis. Contraindications: Use caution with PC6 in wrist conditions.

Visualize the first point, LI11, located at the outer end of the elbow crease. This point helps clear heat from the body and is associated with the large intestine, promoting overall detoxification and cooling the system.Next, focus on PC6, found about two inches above the wrist crease between the two tendons. This point regulates heart energy and helps calm and stabilize emotions. It is crucial for improving circulation and supporting heart health.
Now, bring your attention to ST40, located on the outer side of your lower leg, halfway between your knee and ankle. This point is known for resolving phlegm and dampness in the body, which can obstruct proper blood flow.
Shift your focus to SP10, located on the inner thigh, about two finger widths above the knee. This point invigorates the blood, promoting healthy circulation and nourishing the skin.
Finally, visualize LR3, found on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the big toe and the second toe. This point smooths liver energy, helping to relieve stress and tension which can contribute to high blood pressure.
As you breathe deeply, imagine a warm, healing light surrounding these points. With each inhale, visualize energy flowing into LI11, cooling and clearing heat. With each exhale, let go of any tension or blockage.
Now, direct your breath to PC6, feeling your heart's rhythm stabilize and strengthen. Inhale deeply, filling your chest with calm; exhale, releasing anxiety.
Next, breathe into ST40, envisioning any phlegm or heaviness dissolving, allowing clear pathways for blood and energy to flow freely.
Shift your focus to SP10, inhaling vitality and invigorating blood flow. Exhale, letting go of stagnation and allowing warmth to spread through your body.
Finally, visualize LR3, inhaling smooth, flowing energy, and exhaling any stress or pressure. Feel your liver relax, supporting overall balance.
With each breath, feel these points harmonizing your body, bringing it back to its natural state of health. Trust in this process, allowing the energy to circulate freely, nourishing your body and spirit, guiding you towards balance and vitality.
