Visualize your legs, feeling any tension or discomfort. We will focus on five key points to foster relaxation and balance.Begin with GB34, located on the outer side of your knee, just below the knee joint. This point relaxes the tendons and promotes movement, helping to ease any tightness in your legs.
Next, move your awareness to ST36, found about four finger widths below your kneecap, along the outer edge of your shinbone. This point energizes your body, boosting your Qi, or life force, providing vitality and strength to combat fatigue and restlessness.
Now, draw your attention to SP6, located on the inside of your lower leg, about four finger widths above the ankle bone. This point nourishes your Yin, calming your mind and promoting restful sleep. Note that this point is to be avoided during pregnancy.
Shift your focus to BL57, known as Chengshan, located in the middle of the calf, between the two muscles. This point supports your leg muscles, enhancing stability and reducing discomfort.
Lastly, connect with KI3, located near the inner ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point tonifies the kidneys, supporting your overall energy and balance.
As you visualize these points, imagine a flow of warm, soothing energy surrounding your legs. Feel this energy relaxing your tendons, boosting your vitality, nourishing your body, supporting your muscles, and tonifying your kidneys. Allow this sensation to dissolve any restlessness.
