Cataract Relief: A Recipe for Clearer Vision

Cataract 2: GB1, ST1, LR3, BL1, GB20

This recipe uses GB1 (Tongziliao) for eye support, ST1 (Chengqi) for eyes, LR3 to soothe liver, BL1 (Jingming) for eyes, and GB20 to regulate head. It supports eye health. Contraindications: Avoid points near eyes in infections.

BioCoherence Meditation

Focus your awareness on the areas of the body associated with the acupuncture points used for eye health.

Begin with GB1, located at the outer corner of the eye. Visualize a gentle light radiating from this point, nurturing your eyes and enhancing your vision. This point supports clarity and focus, helping to relieve cloudiness.

Next, shift to ST1, found directly below the eye, in line with the pupil. Envision this point as a source of brightness, illuminating your path to clearer sight. It is known to aid in reducing eye strain and tension.

Now, bring your attention to LR3, located on the top of the foot, between the first and second toes. Picture a calming wave washing over you, soothing the liver and promoting overall balance in your body. A balanced liver can enhance your eyesight and emotional well-being.

Move your focus to BL1, positioned at the inner corner of the eye. Imagine a soft, healing energy flowing from this point, revitalizing your vision and resolving any discomfort. It supports the health of your eyes and helps clear away any obscurity.

Finally, direct your awareness to GB20, located at the base of the skull, where it meets the neck. Visualize this point as a strong anchor, helping to regulate the head and relieve tension. This point connects your sight to the clarity of thought, enhancing mental focus and relaxation.

As you visualize these points, breathe deeply and allow the energy from each to harmonize within you. Imagine a flow of healing light moving through your body, connecting these points and balancing your eyesight. With each breath, feel the clarity returning, the cloudiness dissipating, and your vision becoming sharper and brighter.
