Allow the breath to deepen as you focus on the body and its sensations. Imagine the energy flowing through specific points that support joint health and overall vitality. Visualize the point GB34, located on the outer side of the leg, just below the knee. This point nurtures the tendons and enhances flexibility, allowing for greater ease in movement. Next, bring attention to ST36, found about four finger-widths below the kneecap, one finger-width to the outer side of the shinbone. This point boosts your vital energy or Qi, promoting strength and endurance, releasing fatigue. Now, focus on SP9, located on the inner side of the leg, just below the knee. This point addresses dampness in the body, which can contribute to stiffness. (Note: Avoid this point if pregnant). Shift your awareness to BL60, situated behind the ankle bone. This point alleviates pain and tension, offering relief and freedom of movement. Lastly, bring your attention to HT7, located on the wrist, at the crease near the base of the palm. This point calms the mind, alleviating mental fatigue and stress that can contribute to physical stiffness. With each breath, visualize these points harmonizing together, enhancing mobility and mental clarity. Allow the energy to flow smoothly, releasing any tightness or discomfort. As you continue to breathe deeply, feel the balance returning to the body, the joints becoming more fluid, and the mind settling into a state of calm. Embrace this feeling of ease, knowing that your body is capable of returning to its natural, constructive state. Let go of any remaining tension, and invite in relaxation and vitality.
