This recipe uses LU7 for lungs, CV17 for chest, BL13 for lung strength, ST36 for vitality, and HT7 to calm the mind. It supports respiratory and mental recovery. Contraindications: Avoid CV17 in chest infections; use caution with HT7 in skin irritation.
