Chronic Migraine Relief: Natural Remedies for Relief

This recipe targets chronic migraines with GB8 (Shuaigu) to relieve head pain, SJ5 (Waiguan) to relax tension, LI4 (Hegu) to reduce pain, and DU20 (Baihui) to clear the mind. It alleviates migraines. Contraindications: Avoid LI4 in pregnancy; use caution with DU20 in severe scalp conditions.

As you continue to relax deeply, envision the acupuncture points that will assist in alleviating chronic migraines.

Locate GB8, known as Shuaigu, on the side of your head, just above the ear. This point is vital for relieving head pain and calming the mind. Feel the tension easing as you focus on this area.

Next, find SJ5, referred to as Waiguan, located on the outer forearm, about two inches above the wrist crease. This point helps to relax tension and promote overall well-being. Allow the sensation of relaxation to spread through your body.

Now, direct your attention to LI4, called Hegu, found in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point is powerful for reducing pain and enhancing energy flow. As you focus here, imagine a wave of relief washing over you.

Finally, visualize DU20, known as Baihui, positioned at the top of your head, in the center. This point clears the mind and promotes mental clarity. Envision a sense of lightness and openness as you connect with this energy.
