Focus your attention on the areas of discomfort. Visualize the acupuncture points you'll engage to alleviate cluster headaches.Begin with LI4, located in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point helps reduce pain and enhances overall energy flow. Imagine a warm light radiating from this area, easing your pain.
Next, move to GB14, situated just above your eyebrows, in line with your pupils. This point addresses frontal pain. Visualize the light expanding, soothing the tension in your forehead and bringing clarity to your thoughts.
Now, shift your focus to ST8, found at the corner of your forehead along the hairline. This point helps relieve sinus pressure. Picture the light gently massaging this area, releasing any heaviness that clouds your mind.
Proceed to GV23, located at the center of your forehead, just above the bridge of your nose. This point clears your head and enhances mental clarity. Envision the light growing brighter, illuminating your mind and dispelling discomfort.
Finally, concentrate on TH23, situated at the outer edge of your eyes. This point is beneficial for eye strain and discomfort. Imagine the light wrapping around your eyes, soothing any irritation and bringing a sense of calm.
As you visualize these points, breathe deeply and evenly. With each inhalation, draw in healing energy; with each exhalation, release tension and pain. Allow the light at each point to blend, creating a harmonious flow throughout your head and face.
Feel the relief as the energy circulates, balancing your body and mind. Trust in the process, knowing that you are nurturing your well-being naturally and effortlessly. Stay present in this sensation of calm and healing, allowing it to deepen with every breath you take.
