BioCoherence Meditation

Focus your awareness on the points in your body that correspond with the recipe for alleviating Parkinson's symptoms. Begin with GV20, located at the top of your head, which helps clear the mind and enhance mental clarity. Visualize a gentle light radiating from this point, illuminating your thoughts and releasing tension.

Next, bring your attention to GB34, situated just below the outer knee, on the outside of the leg. This point is known for relaxing the tendons and muscles, promoting flexibility and ease in movement. Picture a warm wave flowing through your legs, softening any stiffness.

Now, shift your focus to LR3, found on the top of your foot, between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, supporting emotional balance and reducing frustration. Imagine a calming energy spreading from this point, nurturing your emotional state and fostering tranquility.

Direct your awareness to ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below the kneecap, and one fingerbreadth to the outside. This point boosts your vital energy, or Qi. Visualize a vibrant light expanding from this area, filling your body with strength and vitality, enhancing your overall well-being.

Finally, concentrate on GV16, found at the base of your skull, in the center. This point helps regulate brain function, promoting clarity and cognitive balance. Picture a soothing energy flowing from GV16, harmonizing your thoughts and enhancing your mental capabilities.

As you visualize these points and their energies, take deep, calming breaths. Inhale deeply, feeling the energy from each point merge into a harmonious flow throughout your body. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension or discomfort associated with Parkinson's symptoms.

With each breath, imagine your body moving towards a state of balance and ease. Allow the combined energies of these points to clear any blockages, enhance your mobility, and bring a sense of calmness and clarity to your mind.

Continue to breathe deeply, feeling the transformative power of this meditation. Embrace the sensation of relaxation, flexibility, and vitality within you, knowing that you are nurturing your body and mind towards their perfect, normal state.
