As you continue to relax deeply, focus your awareness on the healing points of the Korean Pain Relief 7 recipe. Begin with SP8, located on the inner leg, about three inches above the ankle, on the spleen meridian. This point nourishes the spleen, promoting digestion and alleviating pain and stiffness in the lower body. Next, turn your attention to ST29, situated two inches below the navel, on the stomach meridian. It helps relieve lower abdominal discomfort and enhances circulation, aiding in the release of tension. Now, visualize Hy1, positioned at the inner corner of the eye, on the bladder meridian. This point is essential for facial pain relief, bringing a sense of calm and alleviating tension in the head and face. Bring your awareness to GV25, located at the center of the nose, just above the upper lip. This point helps clear the nasal passages, promoting easier breathing and overall comfort. Lastly, focus on BV4, found two inches below the navel, on the bladder meridian. This point supports the lower abdomen, helping to ease pain and promote relaxation. Allow each of these points to resonate within you, visualizing their energy flowing and harmonizing your body. As you concentrate on these areas, breathe deeply and imagine the pain and stiffness melting away, replaced by warmth and relief. With each breath, envision a balance returning to your body, restoring it to its natural, constructive state. Embrace the sensation of ease and tranquility as the energy of these points works in harmony to alleviate discomfort. Feel the integration of mind and body as you continue this deep meditation, nurturing a profound sense of well-being.
