BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily, visualize a warm, soothing light gently enveloping your eyes. This light represents the harmony and balance that you are inviting into your vision.Focus your awareness on the point known as GB37, located on the side of your lower leg, about four finger-widths above the ankle bone. This point is like a bridge, connecting and enhancing the flow of energy to your eyes. Feel the gentle pulse of this energy, as it travels upward, relieving strain and bringing clarity to your vision.
Next, shift your attention to GB1, situated at the outer corner of your eye, where the eyelid meets the temple. Imagine this point as a gateway, opening to release tension and inviting soothing energy into your eyes, washing away dryness and discomfort.
Now, bring your focus to BL2, found at the inner edge of your eyebrow, just above the bridge of your nose. Envision this point as a calm oasis, providing relief and nourishment. As you breathe, feel the refreshing energy spread across your forehead and into your eyes, enhancing their natural brightness and vitality.
With each breath, allow these points to work together harmoniously, clearing any blockages and promoting the natural state of well-being in your eyes. Visualize your eyes as clear, vibrant, and full of life, perfectly balanced in their function and health. Allow this sense of balance to settle deeply within, restoring your vision to its optimal state.
