This recipe uses PC6 to regulate chest, CV12 to harmonize stomach, ST36 to strengthen digestion, SP4 (Gongsun) to regulate stomach Qi, and CV13 to soothe oesophagus. It relieves oesophagitis. Contraindications: Use caution with CV12 in abdominal conditions.

Focus on the areas of your body associated with the acupuncture points that will assist in easing your discomfort.Visualize PC6, located on the inner forearm, about two fingerbreadths from the wrist crease, between the two tendons. This point helps regulate the chest, calming any feelings of tightness or anxiety.
Next, bring your attention to CV12, situated on the midline of your abdomen, a hand's breadth above your belly button. This point harmonizes the stomach, promoting a sense of balance and comfort in your digestive system.
Now, shift your focus to ST36, found about four fingerbreadths below the knee cap, one fingerbreadth lateral to the shinbone. This point strengthens digestion, enhancing your body's ability to process food and nourish itself.
Visualize SP4, located on the inner side of your foot, about one thumb's breadth behind the ball of your foot. This point regulates the stomach Qi, helping to ease any blockages and facilitating smooth digestion and energy flow.
Finally, concentrate on CV13, positioned just above CV12, on the midline of the abdomen. This point soothes the esophagus, easing any burning sensation and discomfort during swallowing.
As you focus on these points, imagine a warm, healing light surrounding them. With each breath, feel this light penetrating into your body, soothing inflammation and restoring balance. Visualize the pain dissipating, replaced by a sense of calm and ease.
