BioCoherence Meditation
Focus your attention on the area of inflammation. Visualize the acupuncture points that will guide your healing journey.First, locate LI11, situated on the outer side of your elbow, at the crease when your arm is bent. This point clears heat from the body, helping to reduce fever and inflammation.
Next, find SP9, located just below the knee on the inner side of your leg, in a small depression. This point is known for resolving dampness in the body, which can contribute to swelling.
Now, bring your awareness to ST36, found about four finger widths below the kneecap, slightly to the outer side of the leg. This point invigorates your life force, or Qi, boosting your energy and supporting overall health.
Next is CV12, located on your abdomen, about four finger widths above your navel. This point regulates digestion, helping your body process nutrients effectively, which can contribute to healing.
Finally, focus on BL13, situated on your back, approximately one and a half finger widths from the spine at the level of your lower shoulder blades. This point supports your lungs, enhancing your respiratory function which is essential for overall wellness.
As you visualize each point, imagine a warm, healing light radiating from them, penetrating deep into the areas where you feel discomfort. Picture this light soothing and calming the inflammation, dissolving the pain and swelling.
Breathe in deeply, drawing in energy and vitality with each inhale. As you exhale, release any discomfort, tension, or negativity that has been weighing you down. Allow your breath to flow naturally, synchronizing with the rhythm of your body.
Feel the interconnectedness of these points and their effects on your organs. Imagine how clearing heat, resolving dampness, boosting Qi, regulating digestion, and supporting your lungs harmonize to restore balance.
With each breath, visualize your lymphatic system responding positively, the inflammation dissipating, and your body returning to its natural, healthy state. Allow this healing energy to circulate throughout your body, nurturing each cell and bringing clarity and comfort.
Continue to breathe deeply, feeling a sense of peace envelop you, as you trust in your body's ability to heal. Let this meditation guide you toward restoration and balance, embracing the natural state of well-being that is yours.
