Begin with KI3, located on the inside of the ankle, just behind the bone. This point nourishes the kidneys, your source of vitality and strength. Visualize a warm, golden light radiating from this point, filling your kidneys with warmth and energy, fortifying them against stress and imbalance.

Next, bring your attention to BL23, situated on the lower back, about two finger widths from the spine. This point further strengthens the kidneys. Imagine a gentle wave of energy flowing from BL23, reinforcing your body's foundations, instilling a sense of stability and calm.

Now, move to GV4, known as Mingmen, located along the spine, just below the lower back. This point enhances Yang energy, representing warmth and vitality. Picture a bright flame igniting at this point, fueling your energy reserves and invigorating your entire being. Remember to approach this area with caution if you are pregnant.

Shift your focus to CV4, found in the lower abdomen, about two finger widths below the navel. This point nourishes the lower jiao, enhancing your overall health and grounding you in the present moment. Visualize a soothing, nurturing energy enveloping this area, promoting harmony and balance within your body.

Finally, direct your attention to LR3, located on the top of the foot, between the first and second toes. This point acts to soothe the liver, helping to release any built-up tension or stress. Envision a gentle breeze sweeping through this area, clearing away any heaviness, allowing your energy to flow freely.

As you breathe deeply, let the energies from these points harmonize within you. Feel the kidneys supported, the lower back strong, the core nourished, and the liver at peace. Allow any tension or discomfort related to renal hypertension to dissolve with each exhalation.
