This recipe uses CV12 to harmonize stomach, ST36 to tonify Qi, PC6 to soothe nausea, SP4 (Gongsun) to regulate digestion, and BL21 (Weishu) to support stomach. It heals gastric ulcers. Contraindications: Use caution with CV12 in abdominal conditions.

Next, envision PC6, found on your inner forearm, about two fingerbreadths from your wrist crease. This point calms nausea and helps relieve any discomfort in your upper body, allowing for a soothing wave of relaxation to wash over you. Bring your awareness to SP4, located on the inner side of your foot, just below the ball. This point regulates digestion, helping to restore harmony to your stomach and intestines, enhancing your body's natural ability to process food and eliminate waste. Finally, visualize BL21, situated on your back, near the lower part of your ribcage, directly behind your stomach. This point supports your stomach, reinforcing its function and ensuring it operates smoothly. As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, healing light surrounding them. This light represents nourishment and healing energy that flows through your body, soothing gastric pain, ulcers, and discomfort associated with acid reflux. Picture this energy harmonizing your stomach, calming nausea, and regulating your digestion. Breathe deeply and allow this healing energy to penetrate each of these points, feeling them becoming vibrant and alive with health. With each breath, release any tension or discomfort, inviting tranquility and balance into your gastrointestinal system. Visualize your stomach returning to its perfect state, functioning effortlessly, absorbing nourishment, and providing you with comfort and ease.
