BioCoherence Meditation

As you continue to settle into this deep state of relaxation, bring your awareness to the areas of your body that may feel stiff or heavy. Visualize the acupuncture points that will support your journey towards relief and balance. TH4, located on the wrist, is known as Yangchi. It helps invigorate Qi, promoting flexibility and circulation in your arms and wrists. Imagine warmth and energy flowing from this point, easing any stiffness. Next, focus on ST19, found on the abdomen, just below the ribcage. This point, Burong, is connected to digestion and the flow of Qi. Picture it harmonizing your digestive system, releasing tension, and enhancing your overall vitality. Now, transition your awareness to Ha6, situated just below the chin. Chengjiang supports facial symptoms, helping to release any tightness in the jaw and face. Envision this area softening, allowing your facial muscles to relax completely. CV5, located in the lower abdomen, is known as Shimen. It tonifies Qi and supports your body's energy. Visualize a gentle, nurturing light emanating from this point, infusing your lower abdomen with warmth and strength. Lastly, bring your attention to BV2, found in the lower back. Tianshu aids in balancing the lower abdomen and back. Picture this area becoming loose and limber, releasing any fatigue and tension. As you meditate on these points and their effects on your body, breathe deeply and allow their energy to flow through you. Imagine each breath drawing in healing light and each exhale releasing any stiffness, pain, or fatigue. With each deep breath, feel your joints becoming more mobile, your energy revitalizing, and your body returning to its natural, harmonious state. Embrace this sensation of balance and ease, allowing it to permeate every part of your being. Let this natural healing unfold effortlessly within you.
