Summer Heat Exhaustion 11: LI16, GB42, Ha6, CV20, TV3
(Excessive sweating, Night sweats, Thirst, Fatigue)
This recipe uses LI16 (Jugu) for shoulder and Qi, GB42 (Diqiwu) for foot and heat, Ha6 (Chengjiang) for facial and heat symptoms, CV20 (Huagai) to open chest, and TV3 (Siman) for lower abdomen. It reduces summer heat symptoms. Contraindications: Avoid Ha6 near mouth; use caution with CV20 in chest conditions.
