Focus on the breath, allowing each inhale to gently expand the chest and each exhale to release tension. Visualize the acupuncture points that support your respiratory health and overall vitality.

Begin with SI11, located on the back, near the scapula. This point, called Tianzong, helps to open the chest and promote Qi flow, easing tightness and enhancing lung function.

Next, visualize ST43, found on the foot, just below the second toe. Known as Xiangu, this point invigorates the body's energy, grounding you and supporting your overall stamina.

Move your awareness to BV3, located on the lower back, along the spine. Wushu assists in harmonizing the lower abdomen, fostering a sense of stability and support as you breathe.

Now, bring your focus to CV22, situated at the center of the throat. Tiantu helps to clear any blockages in the throat and chest, allowing for smooth and unencumbered breathing. However, be mindful to avoid this point if there are any throat infections.

Finally, visualize La1, located just below the eyes on the face. Tongziliao aids in alleviating allergies and supports clarity in the head, enhancing your capacity for deep, restorative breaths.

As you breathe deeply, imagine energy flowing through these points, harmonizing your body and mind. Picture each point lighting up, radiating warmth and healing energy, balancing your respiratory system and restoring your vitality.

Let the breath guide you to a state of ease and relaxation. Each inhale nourishes your lungs, while each exhale releases any remaining tension. Embrace this moment of healing, allowing the energy to flow freely, restoring balance and promoting recovery gently and naturally.
