As you continue to breathe deeply and relax, visualize the acupuncture points that will help alleviate pet allergy fatigue. First, focus on LI4, located in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. Imagine a warm light radiating from this point, boosting your immune system and enhancing your body's ability to fight off allergens. Next, bring your awareness to ST36, found about four finger widths below your kneecap, just off the outer edge of your shinbone. Visualize a vibrant energy flowing from this point, revitalizing your entire being and enhancing your vitality. Now, shift your attention to SP6, located about three finger widths above the inner ankle bone, along the back of your tibia. Envision a soothing energy nourishing your Yin, helping to balance your body and alleviate fatigue. Finally, focus on BL13, situated on your back, approximately two finger widths from the spine at the level of the lower shoulder blades. Picture a strengthening force enveloping your lungs, promoting clear breathing and reducing congestion. Allow these energies to harmonize within you, connecting your immune system, vitality, nourishment, and lung strength. In this state of deep relaxation, visualize the fatigue and congestion dissolving, replaced by a sense of lightness and balance. As you breathe in, imagine drawing in strength and clarity. As you exhale, release any lingering tiredness or heaviness. Continue this cycle, allowing your body to naturally restore itself to a state of perfect health and well-being. Embrace this feeling of balance, knowing that you are nurturing your body with each breath.
