Endometriosis Relief: A Simple TCM Recipe for Pain

This recipe addresses endometriosis with SP8 (Diji) to relieve menstrual pain, CV4 (Guanyuan) to boost vitality, BL32 (Ciliao) to reduce pelvic pain, and LV3 (Taichong) to smooth Qi. It alleviates heavy bleeding. Contraindications: Avoid SP8 in pregnancy; use caution with BL32 in pelvic conditions.

As you continue to relax deeply, bring your awareness to key points in your body that can help alleviate menstrual pain, pelvic discomfort, and heavy bleeding associated with endometriosis.

Focus first on SP8, located on the inner side of your leg, about three inches above the ankle. This point, known as Diji, is known for its ability to relieve menstrual pain. Visualize a gentle warmth radiating from this point, soothing any discomfort.

Next, shift your attention to CV4, found on your lower abdomen, about two inches below your navel. This point, called Guanyuan, is associated with boosting vitality and overall energy. Imagine a vibrant energy flowing through you, revitalizing your body and spirit.

Now, move to BL32, situated on your lower back, in the sacral region. Known as Ciliao, this point helps reduce pelvic pain. Visualize a comforting light emanating from this area, easing any tension and discomfort.

Finally, focus on LV3, located on the top of your foot, between the first and second toes. This point, Taichong, is crucial for smoothing Qi and alleviating heavy bleeding. Picture a gentle stream of energy flowing through your body, harmonizing your internal processes.

As you hold this visualization, allow yourself to breathe deeply, inviting balance and harmony into your body. With each breath, feel the energy from these points working together, bringing relief and comfort. Trust in this natural process as it guides you toward a state of well-being, restoring your body to its perfect, constructive state.
