Focus your awareness on your body and the gentle flow of energy within. Visualize the acupuncture points that will support your journey towards balance.

Begin with ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below the knee cap, and one fingerbreadth away from the shinbone. This point strengthens your digestion, enhancing your body's ability to process food. Imagine a warm, golden light radiating from ST36, nourishing your digestive system, easing any discomfort.

Next, bring your attention to SP6, found three fingerbreadths above the inner ankle bone, just behind the shin. This point nourishes the spleen, which plays a crucial role in digestion and energy. Envision a soothing, green light enveloping SP6, replenishing your energy and restoring harmony within.

Now, shift your focus to CV12, located in the center of your abdomen, halfway between your belly button and the base of your ribcage. This point harmonizes the stomach, helping to ease bloating and discomfort. Picture a calming blue light at CV12, bringing peace and balance to your stomach, allowing for better absorption of nutrients.

Direct your awareness to LR3, positioned on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, supporting emotional balance and digestion. Visualize a gentle purple glow emanating from LR3, releasing any tension and promoting a sense of calm throughout your body.

Finally, focus on BL20, located on your back, about two fingerbreadths from the spine at the level of the lower ribs. This point supports the spleen, enhancing its function. Imagine a vibrant orange light radiating from BL20, fortifying your body's ability to process food and distribute energy effectively.

As you embrace this visualization, allow these colors and energies to intertwine, creating a harmonious flow throughout your body. Breathe deeply, feeling the warmth of each point working together to alleviate symptoms of fructose intolerance, bloating, diarrhea, and fatigue.

With every breath, invite healing and balance. Feel the energy from each point merging into a wave of comfort, washing away discomfort and restoring your natural state. Trust this process, knowing that your body has the wisdom to heal itself. Remain in this space of tranquility, allowing the energies to align and support your journey towards optimal health.
