This recipe uses SP6 to nourish blood, CV4 to tonify lower jiao, LR3 to soothe liver, KI3 to tonify kidneys, and BL23 to strengthen kidneys. It regulates frequent menstruation. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

Focus your awareness on the body, drawing attention to the first acupuncture point, SP6, located on the inner leg, about four fingers above the ankle bone, just behind the shinbone. Next, shift your awareness to CV4, found on the lower abdomen, about two finger widths below the navel. Now, bring your focus to LR3, located on the top of the foot, in the webbing between the big toe and the second toe. This point soothes the liver, helping to release any tension or stress. Visualize a flowing river of relaxation spreading from this point throughout your body, easing any emotional burdens that may affect your cycle.

Turn your attention to KI3, positioned on the inner ankle, in the groove between the ankle bone and the tendon. This point nourishes the kidneys, the source of your vitality and essence. Picture a soothing light at this location, replenishing your energy and grounding you, strengthening your foundation.

Finally, focus on BL23, located on the lower back, about two finger widths from the spine. This point strengthens the kidneys, providing stability and support. Envision a warm, protective shield forming around your lower back, reinforcing your overall health and vitality.

As you visualize these points and their effects, breathe deeply. Inhale confidence and balance, and exhale any discomfort or imbalance. Allow the energy from these points to harmonize within you, regulating your cycle to its natural rhythm.
