Focus your awareness on the areas of your body where we will connect with the healing energy of specific points.Begin by visualizing the first point, PC6, located on your inner forearm, about two fingerbreadths above the wrist crease. This point helps to regulate the heart's energy, easing any discomfort and promoting a sense of calm. Imagine a warm, soothing light radiating from this point, spreading throughout your chest.
Next, bring your attention to CV17, found at the center of your chest, just above the breastbone. This point opens the chest, allowing for deeper breaths and a release of tightness. Picture the light expanding, filling your chest with warmth and openness, creating space for ease and freedom.
Now, shift your focus to HT7, located on the wrist crease on the same side as your heart. This point calms the heart and mind. Visualize this area filled with tranquility, as if a gentle wave of relaxation is washing over you, calming any racing thoughts or anxieties.
Move to BL15, known as Xinshu, located on your back, near the spine, at the level of your heart. This point soothes the heart's energy, encouraging balance. Imagine a grounding energy flowing from this point, stabilizing your heart and mind, fostering a deep sense of security.
Finally, bring your awareness to ST36, located on the lower leg, about four fingerbreadths below the knee, one fingerbreadth to the outside of the shinbone. This point boosts your vital energy, enhancing overall vitality and strength. Visualize this energy rising up from your leg, invigorating your entire body, and filling you with rejuvenation.
As you connect with each of these points, breathe deeply, allowing your breath to flow in harmony with your body's healing energies. Inhale deeply, drawing in the light and energy from each point, and exhale slowly, releasing any tension or discomfort.
With each breath, feel your heart opening, your chest relaxing, and your energy invigorating. Allow this balance to settle within you, bringing your body and mind back to a state of harmony and peace. Embrace this feeling, knowing you are nurturing your heart and spirit naturally and effortlessly.
