Focus your awareness on your body, beginning with the first acupuncture point, Liver 3 (LR3). Located on the top of your foot, in the valley between the first and second toes, this point helps to soothe the liver, promoting emotional balance and calm.Now, shift your attention to Kidney 3 (KI3), found on the inside of your ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point nourishes Yin, replenishing your energy and grounding your spirit.
Next, bring your focus to Heart 7 (HT7), located at the wrist crease on the little finger side. This point calms the heart, easing palpitations and promoting a sense of tranquility.
Move to Large Intestine 11 (LI11), situated at the outer elbow crease. This point clears heat from the body, helping to alleviate feelings of excess and discomfort.
Finally, direct your awareness to Stomach 36 (ST36), located about four finger breadths below the kneecap, on the outer side of the shinbone. This point regulates Qi, supporting digestion and overall vitality.
As you visualize these points, imagine a gentle flow of energy connecting them, harmonizing your liver, kidneys, heart, and digestive system. Picture a warm light enveloping these areas, soothing any tension and balancing your thyroid function.
With each breath, feel the energy circulating, calming the heat within, stabilizing your emotions, and nurturing your body. Allow this energy to balance your weight, ease your palpitations, and restore a natural state of harmony.
