Next, move your focus to the inner side of your ankle, just behind the bone; this is the Kidney 3 point. Envision a nourishing energy radiating from this point, strengthening the kidneys, which support the health of your eyes and help regulate fluid balance in your body.
Bring your attention to the inner corner of your eyes; this is where the Bladder 1 point is located. Picture calming waves of relaxation washing over your eyes, soothing any strain and allowing them to feel refreshed and clear.
Now, direct your focus to the cheekbone, just below your eye; this is the location of the Stomach 2 point. Visualize a gentle flow of energy enhancing the Qi in your face, promoting vitality and balance to the muscles around your eyes.
As you hold these points in your mind, breathe deeply and steadily.
