This recipe incorporates GB34 for tendons, ST36 for Qi, SP9 for damp, BL60 for pain, and CV6 to tonify energy. It reduces stiffness and fatigue. Contraindications: Avoid SP9 in pregnancy; use caution with CV6 in abdominal conditions.

Imagine gentle waves of soothing energy flowing through your ankle and up your leg, easing discomfort and promoting mobility. Finally, turn your attention to Conception Vessel 6, located a few inches below the navel. This point nourishes and tonifies your energy. Visualize a warm, nurturing light enveloping this area, replenishing your vitality and grounding you. As you breathe deeply, allow the energy from these points to harmonize throughout your body. Each inhalation brings in healing energy, and each exhalation releases any tension or discomfort. You are restoring balance, flexibility, and strength to your joints and body, moving closer to a state of ease and comfort.
