Focus on the areas of your body where discomfort resides, particularly the stomach. Visualize the acupuncture points that will assist in your healing journey. ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below the knee cap and one fingerbreadth to the outside of the shinbone, enhances digestion and boosts energy. Imagine a warm, healing light radiating from this point, promoting balance and vitality in your digestive system. CV12 is found halfway between the pubic bone and the navel. This point strengthens the stomach and harmonizes the digestive organs. Envision soothing energy flowing from CV12, calming inflammation and restoring peace to your stomach. BL21 is situated on the back, about two fingerbreadths from the spine, at the level of the stomach. This point regulates stomach Qi. Picture a gentle wave of relief washing over this area, easing tension and encouraging harmony within your body. PC6, located on the inner forearm, about two fingerbreadths from the wrist crease, helps reduce nausea. Visualize a calming energy spreading from this point, alleviating discomfort and fostering a sense of ease. As you continue to breathe deeply, allow the energy from these points to work together. Feel the connection between them, harmonizing your stomach and easing the inflammation. With each inhalation, draw in healing energy; with each exhalation, release any discomfort or tension. Trust in this natural process of healing. Allow your body to find its balance, returning to a state of comfort and wellbeing. Embrace the tranquility that accompanies this healing journey. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
