Focus on the acupuncture points that will bring balance and nourishment.Begin with ST36, located four fingerbreadths below the knee cap, and one fingerbreadth to the outside of the shinbone. This point invigorates your Qi, the vital energy, boosting your overall vitality and combating fatigue.
Next, shift your attention to SP6, found three fingerbreadths above the inner ankle bone, just behind the shinbone. This point nourishes your blood, enhancing your overall health and vitality. However, be mindful to avoid this point during pregnancy.
