This recipe uses ST36 to boost Qi, SP6 to nourish blood, BL20 to strengthen spleen, LR3 (Taichong) to soothe liver, and CV4 to tonify lower jiao. It supports B6 deficiency anaemia by aiding nerve and blood health. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

Begin with ST36, located four fingerbreadths below the knee cap, and one fingerbreadth to the outside of the shinbone. This point invigorates your Qi, the vital energy, boosting your overall vitality and combating fatigue.

Next, shift your attention to SP6, found three fingerbreadths above the inner ankle bone, just behind the shinbone. This point nourishes your blood, enhancing your overall health and vitality. However, be mindful to avoid this point during pregnancy.

Now, visualize BL20, located on your lower back, about two fingerbreadths from the spine at the level of your lower ribs. This point strengthens your spleen, which plays a crucial role in digestion and energy production.

Move your focus to LR3, known as Taichong, situated on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the first and second toes. This point soothes your liver, calming emotions and promoting a sense of peace.

Finally, bring your awareness to CV4, located in the center of your lower abdomen, about two fingerbreadths below your navel. This point tonifies the lower jiao, supporting your energy and vitality.
